What's it worth? 2001 E320?
 

Hi, I found a 2001 E320, white with dark gray leather interior, 110K miles. All service records are complete and the exterior is very nice, except for the cloudy headlights and the rear tires.

The interior is showing a bit of age on the leather and various buttons. She's asking $9900.

I'm thinking it would be a good deal at $8,000. What do you think?

Scott, check out NADA, Edmunds.com, Kelley Blue Book. Use an average between the three. The check out what completed listings have sold for on E Bay. Finally, if you still have the drive, check out what is for sale within a 200 mile radius of you on Autotrader.com Then you will see what the comps are going for.

New Michelins will cost you $550 installed. The headlights.... you will have to search this forum for a solution. My own headlights were too far gone and I failed when I tried to install the lenses myself. It cost me about $800 for new headlights. I am still upset about that one. Anyway, good luck and maybe someone else can chime in on that year... great year by the way... last year before the 'facelift' on the W210. It has a more squared off front end. Check out images of the 2001 vs 2002-2003 and you will see the difference. Good luck.
