W211 carkit problem
 

Hello all,

I own a W211 E320 Elegance, year of build 2002, European car, and have a problem with the integrated carkit.

I have a Nokia 6310/6310i carkit in the armrest with an Audio APS 50. Whenever I press the "Tel" button on my APS, it says "Please insert phone". When I insert my Nokia 6310i, it says "Phone is being activated, please wait..". And that's about it. It keeps saying please wait and I can't use my phone through the carkit. I've been waiting for 10 minutes and it still keeps saying the phone is being activated. When I dismount the phone from the cradle, it asks to insert the phone again. When I do that, it says again the phone is being activated and still nothing happens...
Can someone tell me what's going on? How can I solve this issue?
