Hi Lars - I was able to find this image for you. I'm sure you can likely find more in Google. I would also extend your search to other MB forums as well - the more info you put out, the more you'll likely get back. Hope this help you a bit and best of luck!

Hi,
thanks for sending the link. This document is really new for me. i have found hundreds of document with options for original LEMMERZ alloy wheels on my W124 convertible. but every document shows only the alloy wheels / Rim without "chromed" i ask at the german mercedes factory: say said: every mercedes is delivered only without chromed and what is happend or produced for e.g. USA is unknown. I ask by LEMMERZ ( today MAXIONWHEELS ) and they said: the rim ist produce in BELGIUM but they have no documents of this years. :-(( i get every time the same answer: contact and ask some people in USA. someone could know if the chromed alloy rims are a aftermarket product or they are produced from LEMMERZ exspecially for the USA. in the last case i need an official document ( prospect / advertisment / salespaper ) by a mercedes dealer how offered theses chromed rims. otherwise i canīt not register car with its original chromed rims in germany and i have to fix normal standard ralloy rims on it. Kind regards Lars |
There is likely a Contact Us section on the MB USA site. Maybe write them a note with your question and see if they're able to help. If it was an option in the USA, they would have record of it.
