Vibrations! ugh!
 

Hi, I have a 01 e320 wagon and it seems to vibrate more. Especially when I put it in reverse with my foot on the brake. Can it be a motor or transmission mout? or a tune-up since its almost 100,000 miles?

Possibly a mount.

However is vehicle servicing up to date with the schedule

Any codes set?
Plugs changed at correct mileage (use OE spec)?
Correct air filter?
Exhaust touching something / exhaust to trans bracker broken?

Engine idle speed is electronic controlled and needs to be "correct" (750rpm? dependent upon model etc) when a gear is selected. if not cause of incorrect idle needs to be found.

Misfire enough to cause vibration at idle is going to be recorded as a speed issue with the cps and it will throw a code or codes.Inspect your motor mounts,Easy diy if you are even a little handy with tools. diy

Plugs when ready NGK7090 about 2.79 ea. at any good auto store.
17mm special spark plug boot tool $32 delivered in the lower 48 from me
easy diy if you take your time follow my directions and don't harm the plug wires .Thats what the 17mm tool avoids and it makes the tight space job easier.Diy and you will be up 500 bucks.:)
