Vacuum hose and help with getting bolt out egr valve
 

Hello, I am working on my 2001 e320. The EGR valve needs replacing. I have two issues.

First, when I removed the air snorkel there was a vacuum line pulled from somewhere, I have no idea where it goes. I attached a video below showing it.
Secondly, the back bolt on the EGR valve, how the heck do I get to it. Once I put the e12 torque socket on, it is under the fuel rail
and there is no way to get a wrench in there, there is no room, is there a hack? A special tool?
