Sleepwalker, somebody HELP PLEASE wiring diagram nightmare!
 

I noticed when replacing my speedometer (87 300E), as I was plugging everything back in on the back of the unit that the bit alllll the way to the left with all the wires (purple, green red/black, etc there are 12 or so holes that the plug fits into) anyway that the black centerpiece had snapped off so I decided to replace it with the one in the parts car BIG MISTAKE when I took off the end bit, of course, alll those wires were just sitting there and now I dont know which color wires go in which holes..when I turn on the turn signal the gas guage goes up and downnn ughhhh someone please please help me....does anyone know which color wires correspond to the numbers? PLEASE HELP

14 and 15 is left and right turn signal indiactor lamp.
