Hi guys; I'm late to this party, obviously, but I have the same question as the original poster; only my deal is a 2004 E320 with 129000 for $12995, before we start haggling. I'll be trading him a 2002 BMW 525i with 111,000, on which I owe $7000. I've had a 1999 E320, and currently own a 2000 E320 (both bought from this independent dealer) and had relatively good luck with them, both with higher milage than this; any more feedback on the car, or should a lot of the potential issues have been addressed by the time it reaches this "vintage?"
