I think you can. I got a nail in my 08 E350. I have the sport package. I'm not sure if I have run-flats. I have the 18 continental (stock from dealer). I patched my tires from Big O Tires for $30.

How do I check if I have run-flats?

Run Flat tires are patchable as any other tires. After you got a nail you can only drive for a maximum of 50 miles or so (it depends of that the manufacturer of the tire recommends).

well, i'm sticking with my story...i don't believe you can patch a run flat tire..best way to find out though is to call a tire repair shop and find...best of luck....cliff

I was also told not to patch run flats. I know you can and it would work but I remember someone telling me never to patch a run flat.
