Rough Idle

Hi all! Can anyone help me I recentley replaced my spark plugs on me E240 V6 (12 plugs in all) I had a slight miss on tick over, replacing the plugs did'nt help it still there, its not effecting the performance of the car..but its just annoying there is only 56,000miles
on the clock any Ideas guys?
