Remotes won't work

I have an 03 E500, all of a suddent both remotes (with good bats) are not working. do you have any suggestions on how to approach this issue? thanx for the help

test the fuse.fuse list by the battery.ohlord

which fuse? did you mean the 4 or so fused right next to the battery in the trunk?

Check with a multimeter fuses listed under central locking system ,ohlord

check fuses on rear trunk fuse num 8 is for remote central lockin.......................
