Default Reduced breaking affect - Malfunction

When I went to start my car today I got this malfunction message "reduced breaking affect - start car now". Of course the car wouldn't star and then the dials on my clock started to rotate backwards fiercely out of control. I came back later to try to start my car and the same thing happened. A few hours later, I tried to start the car and this alarm type sound was occurring inside of my car. It was my SOS but I don't have that service activated. Finally, a few minutes later my car appears to have no power at all.

Any feedback on this malfunction would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a dead battery, get it checked.Always state the year and model.
If you call roadside assistance they will replace the battery with no labor charge. Are you in the states?
