Hi,

I'm new to this forum but surfed in and out over the years to browse. I'm now in the market for an E class 4 matric wagon for my wife, and me. Ive been looking around at 2004 models and came across one that has 110K miles with 2 owners. The second owner has owned the car from 20k and has most service records.
Based on the above can anybody give my any recommendations on what to buy and what not to buy, what to look for and or ask.

I typicaly buy Land rovers for my self as I have learned over the years the once to buy and the years to avoid and all the issues to look for. I've always liked the 2003 onward E class and hope to gain the same knowledge through forums on the pros and cons thus help ing me to afford and maintain the upkeep myself as much as possable..

Any input, suggestions and recommendations is very much appreciated.
