Default Oil leak from Cam chain tensioner bolt

I have a 1999 8 cylinder W210 with an oil leak I believe is coming from the cam chain tensioner bolt. Does any one know if I can get a wrench on this without removing parts? If not, does any one know the approx labor hours if I take it to a shop?

Thanks

most likely you have a leak from somewhere else like the valve cover gaskets. you can try to tighten it that chain tensioners a little bit more if you want. but whatever you do do not remove it
