Default Navigation Drive Wiring
Can anyone tell me where to find the necessary wiring cables and mounting brackets to install a DVD Navigation Drive on my 2006 E350. Mine does not have the drive installed but I can pick one up on ebay. I just need to find the cables and instructions on how to install it if I buy.

Did you ever get your DVD navigation installed? I am looking at the same situation and need to know what is involved before I buy a drive on Ebay.
