Anyone buy the repair manuals from this web site? I'm having problems loading
the WIS discs. The installation intructions CD, I was able to open but the other 2
cd's appear to have nothing on them?

Of course I'll call them on Monday for support but I was wondering if anybody in
here have tried to download these cd's and have any helpful information. I copied
the Installation Instructions cd to a folder to see if I can go from there but the other
2 CD's included in the kit seem to be blank.

Any idea's?

 

Yes, I've purchased the actual DVD's, as I was afraid of downloading anything for the exact reason that you seem to be having. All I can say is be sure that you're input your key code correctly, and follow the instructions to the letter, because the WIS is a very powerful program. In the instructions you are told to deactivate all programs that are running in the background, and you may have to loop your network. However, mine is just fine, but again...I purchased the DVD's. You would do well to contact them for detailed instructions so as to reinstall it correctly. Good luck to you.
