Location of Crankshaft Position Sensor and Fuel Pump Relay-01 E320
 

Where is the Cranshaft Position Sensor and Fuel Pump Relay Switch located on an 01 E320. I think the Sensor is located on the rear of the engine. If so, do I gain access to the Sensor from the engine compartment or from under the car? Where is the Fuel Pump Relay Switch located? Your insight will be appreciated.

CPS. At the back of the engine on the bell housing towards the top. Not sure on E class but would expect this to be from under the bonnet.
Easy replace job.

The fuel pump relay is in the fuse box on the driver's side. Look for part no. 002 542 13 19
