License plate bulb, 92 300E
 

One of my bulbs is out on the passenger side for the license plate. Tried new bulb but it didnt work. Tried the other bulb that was working on the drivers side but it didnt work on the passenger side. Is there a separate fuse for each side? Car is in mint condition, wiring looks new. Only 65k miles.
