how hard is fob replacement
 

i just got an e320 its a 2000 with 71xxx miles on it and seems to run great, but the smart key fob has cracked on the alarm set button. it still works ok but looks like crap. how hard is it to remove the electronics and replace them into an e-bay fob? anyone tried this.
