How do I reach my battery under the rear seat?
 

Trying to disconnect the battery cables temporarily but I cant seem to be able to get to my battery. Is there clamps or something I should be looking for to pull or push?

at the front corners of the seat cushion there are clips you push in/up to lift up seat to access battery.

This is for my 98 E320. Yours should be same or similar.

1 - Along the side of the rear seat cushions there is a latch (black plastic). Stick your fingers in and lift up. Seats will pivot forward.

2 - On the felt covered panel below the seat (right side) look for one or two round (square?) black plastic fasteners. Press on them and rotate 90 degrees to unlock. Lift the panel from the rear edge.

Battery and fuse panel should be visible.

in the foot well of the passenger side there is a little door,open it and it allows you to unhook the negitive cable without having to lift the seat.Have your radio code handy and resync all the windows and such when you are done.
lifting the seat is fine for fuse or battery changes the little door is faster when you need to stop power.
