Help me fix my mercedes
 

Hi my name is Aleixo. I have one 1984 Mercedes Benz 190E with power windows. I have that repair manual but it show diferent inside of the car, this because on manual it's manual windows, but outside I think it is some. My question is: It don't pass on isnpection for emission, is supost 0,5 co2 it show 2,46 co2. The idller speed is little high like 1250rpm, I tried ajust but I can't do, I tried ajust idller speed and air. It never starte on frist time when it is cold, I have to try 2 or 3 times. Ok I have lot of more questoins but just this for now. Please fi some one can help me, I waiting some information. I'm sorry for my English. Thank you
