Help!!! Can't find fuse

Help!!! Can't find fuse
I have a 2005 e-500 and the front power socket (lighter) has no power.
My fuse layout shows F12 and F13 for rear socket and trunk socket but
no mention of any for the front socket. Of course thats the one I need
for cell phone charger. Any help will be greatly appreciated...
