Hard starting probem??

I have a 91 300E. I have a problem, where whenever its cold outside, the car wont start. But when it is in a warm place overnight like a garage it starts instantly the next day. I have changed the spark plugs, cables, distributor ca[ and the cold start valve. If anyone has had this problem and could help me out and replys would be very welcome. I was told that it might be a problem with some kind of sensor.

thanks, darko
