Im in the market for a new car. I came accross a 1997 E320 with 91k for 8,500. I think it's a pretty good deal. I drove it today and everything seemed fine. Transmision shifted fine rode smooth and everything.

I just had a few questions on the reliablity of the car. What are the main common problems that I should look for. How many more miles can I look for in this vehicle.

Check for lower control arm bushings being broken, check for the infamous m104 head gaket leak and make sure the windows work. the leak is an expensive fix about 2k control arm bushings are $500 or more
