E320 Window Problem..
 

I have a 2000 E320. My rear driver's side window will not go up. When I push the button for the window to go up, I can hear power and something turning, but the window will not move. Could it be that it's off track?

Also, how do I take the back door panel off to look at what's wrong. I'm having trouble taking the panel off. I can get the bottom part off the snaps, but not the top part of the panel. Is there a special trick?

Please help, as I cannot close the window. Thanks in advance.

Screws under the grab handle 1 large phillips. pop off cap, behind inside handle to open the door the plastic trim pops out. another phillips head, then just the door latch trim piece and pop out the light at the bottom if there is one there, and then unscrew the lock knob. then use a wedge or screwdrivers to pry off door panel at the bottom the pull up and out at the top of the panel at the window sill. you need a new window regulator/lift mechanism. you need to drill out the 4 rivets holding the regulator in. and new ones to install it.
