What is the best source of service information for a 2004 e320 sedan? can you get an actual paper service manual, or is there a good online source?

Bently had the contracting rights for MB manuals after MB stopped publishing
their own. Right about 1998, Bently dropped out when MB went exclusively
to DVD. Thereafter, you're left to flip through Chilton, Clymer, Haynes, etc
all paper editions....which naturally, do not contain nearly the detail the factory
manuals do.
