E250/e350 amg ??
 

hey guys , my dad saw a car that he really likes which is a E250/E350 AMG ?? IS that a real or fake amg car cause i dont really know much about mercedes production line as i was trying to persuade him to get the A6/TT.. It seems theres a RECON unit from UK(Im from malaysia) that's it seems a showroom model and only with mileage of 120KM 2008/2009 which is an AMG Edition ( so said ) with the price of Malaysian ringgir = 368k , USD=118575.78 .. Is there really e250/e350 amgs ?? ca1use i cant find that model in the AMG website.. NEED advice please !

almost a certainty a fake, with badge added. why? because MB doesn't
produce AMGs with 3 digit cars, e.g. 200, 320, 300 etc. only 2 digit. a
simple lift of the hood should confirm this....though it is technically possible
for someone to install an AMG engine but this is quite rare that it's almost
unheard of

Well!, I have an E350 Sport (it is an '05 Mercedes) and it came with some AMG branded parts (i.e visible AMG logo), Exhaust, Wheels and an engine performance mod... so that may be what you father saw. So, while my car is not a definately NOT a fake :D it is also not an AMG model.

the parts are not fake, but *no* MBs bear the AMG placcard on the rear unless it has the
AMG motor. that is what the emblem signifies. the other accouterments are accessories.
hell, i have those too on my E320, but would never think to portray it as an AMG
