Drivers door lock
if this happens when....
you're driving and the locks begins to automatically lock
happens more when you're in a right turn
you can force this to occur when you put your weight on driver door
interior light also turns on at the same time
look for patterns of when this happens consistently. post back your findings

This will typically be a damaged key tumbler/mechanism or security module failing.
Both of these are SECURITY system, and must be installed by the dealer.

this car does not have a vacuum pneumatic locks.. they are electrical. if the problem was your door switch, it would tell you your door was open. and the interior lights would come on.
Most likely you need a new locking actuator... also under the door panel skin. the insulation rubs against the lock ****. can cause this to happen it but normally the locking actuator is faulty. you can do a youtube search of locks jumping up on a mercedes. there is a spring in that breaks inside the lock. which apparently can be fixed.. mercedes dealership will not do that repair for you they will replace the whole lock.
