My 2003 E320 base model with 58K original miles recently developed this spider vein liquid cracks inside of the speedometer cluster (attached). I am waiting for the weather warms up and see if the liquid cracks will resolved itself... I doubt that. Anyone seen this before or know where I can get it fixed?

I am the original owner and bought it brand spanking new in 2003.

It's not a very common problem. I've seen 1or 2 displays like that since that type of gauge cluster has been around since 2003.
