RE: Climate control panel lights
You need to pull out the climate control console with the same little tools used to pull out the radio and there is a small bulb underneath that you need to replace. Very easy to do....so don't take to the dealership and have them do it. I took my to the dealership and the service tech let me borrow the two metal pulls to pull out the climate control console and he sold me a bulb for $5 to replace it with. I ended up getting online and order me a set of metal pulls for like $7. Mercedes wanted to charge like $19 a piece or something crazy.
Hope this helps. |
RE: Climate control panel lights
Yes , Tht is what I jsut did. The climate control unit comes out in less then 5 secounds and the bulb sits underneath. A very inexpensive and easy fix..Tools from Mercedes cost me three dollars and bulb was 1.50 (CDN) now available aftrer market and I think it is a #194
