Clanking sound
 

I have a 1997 E180 automatic right-hand drive - not sure what the equivalent model is in the U.S. After the last service there is a clanking sound coming from the back passenger side. The car loses power on an upward incline. Never had a problem before. Could it be a cylinder issue? Thanks.
