charcoal canister shut-off valve

Does anyone know where the charcoal canister shut-off valve is located on my 2002 E320 wagon 4matic ? My dealer wants $450 to replace it. I was wondering if it is accessible and how much the valve actually costs.

I found out that my dealer will sell me the valve for $145, but I still don't know exactly where it is located. Any helpers???
