Mercedez E430 2000

I have E430 2000 with 61K mile on it. I would like to change spark plugs and I have problem to figured out which are the spark plugs. From the module there are two cable coming out A and B. Both look the same and both are going to the engine. Which ones are for spark plugs A or B?
Can some help me with this problem.
Thanks
How often one has to chang spark plugs on those engines. I just got this car.

The coil packs are labeled with the A and B outputs for plug wires and the valve cover is also labeled above plug openings with similar labels. I wasn't able to see the valve cover labels until I removed the coil packs. Your valve cover may be covered with road grime like mine which also helped hide the labels.

The benzworld forum has a complete DIY instruction on changing plugs on this car. They say that plugs should be good for 100k miles. You might consider changing plug wires since you are going to the trouble of attempting the repair.

Thank you for your replay.
Are you saying that A and B are going to spark plugs to each cylinder so this would mean that there are 16 spark plugs in this engine.

E320 is a 6 cylinder engine but there are 2 spark plugs for each cylinder. Since E430 or E420 is an 8 Cylinder car.So you should have 16 spark plugs and there is one cable for each plug. Hope this help.

Mercedes Benz recommand that you change your spark plugs on these cars every 100,000 Miles.

What special tool or tools I need to remove old spark plugs from the engine besides 16mm socket?
Thanks for any information.

From what I have been reading on this Fourm, there is a special Mercedes benz tool called Hazet #2771. It looks like an open head wrench bended a bit. You can google it and see what it looks like. I have seen some people using just a regular spark plugs puller which can be purchased at any Auto parts for not more than $10.00. I also would like to let you know that there is a nice online store sells the Original Bosch spark plugs for a very good price. The cheapest I could find on line. it's autohausaz.com. And what you need for you car is Bosch F8DPER which as been replaced with FR8DPP33. They are for $3.93 each. They have free shipping for order over $50.00.So you should be good. Good luck buddy.
