someone please help, I have a 190E 2.3 '91 and frecuently is impossible to lock the doors from inside, the door lock **** is so hard and don't move down at all, later with no aparently reason it is function again. The left door lock has an interior axle broken and is useless to open it with the key, do it is the possible malfunction cause?</P>

I had a similarproblem with my 260e. I don't know if your situation is the same as mine, but you might want to check the vaccum pump system and that all the connections are on tight. In my car, it was under the rear seat on the right hand side. </P>


Or, maybe your door lock knobhas something caught in the hole its in. Try unscrewing the **** and making sure nothing has been jammed in there.</P>
