Can simple oil change replace service C?

Hi, all
Just as titles.
Is service C necessary? What is it?
My car is out of warranty but I own it.
Can I just have the dealer to do oil change only? Would that be good enough?

If I knew how to reset the service indicator, I would go to local shop to do oil change, but don't have information on it so I go back to the dealer.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have C done at an independent instead of the stealer. The price will be much more reasonable.
