buying an E320 96+ what to look for?
 

I am thinking of buying an E320 1996+, with approximately 90.000 miles.</P>


Are there any common problems that I should be aware of?</P>


Also I've noticed several E420/E430's selling for less than an E320 with the same miles/same year. Why is that? Is there some problem with the E4xx?</P>
