Aftermarket for 06 E350?

Hello everyone, this is my first post so i hope its in the right place. I just bought a 2006 E350 4matic and im wondering if there is an aftermarket for this car yet, maybe even a place that carries OEM accessories. I just want to poke around see whats available but i couldnt find much with a simple google search. Thanks a lot!

We have Eisenmann exhaust (sport or racing) with several different tip styles.
For ECU tuning, we have PowerChip and Tuner-Werks.
