Default ABS light and acceleration

Hi guys,

Ibought a 1988 260E about a year ago with 114 K miles. I have two problems with the car. Once in a while the ABS light (sometimes the SRS or the brake light) goes on for a short timeand at that time the alternator is charging below 10 Volts (according to the manual). I lose the idling and the engine runs a little rough. The alternator was replaced in April, but this problem keeps coming back. Can you give me an idea where to look for the problem? Maybe there is a bad ground somewhere or a corroded connector?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

The second problem is the acceleration from standing position when the engine has reached the operating temperature. It is kind of sluggish until it shifts to the 3rd gear, although there is no problem when the engine is cold. Any idea what could cause this?<o></o>

Any help is greatly appreciated.<o></o>
