Have had a Multi-meter on the wire to test it.....It is an earth wire so have put it back on starter earth as thats where the wire seems to fit, it's even angled/bent naturally towards the starter motor. the ABS and ETS are still on, owners book says this is an ABS fault ? haven't touched the wheels or brakes, and doesn't explain why cruise control is off....have checked fuses under the bonnet and under rear seat, all fuses are ok? have had car jacked up whilst working on starter but don't think that should cause ABS to switch off or cruise to not work ?
