Default 98 E420 Needs Skirting Yosmzszdjsk

I wanna do this:
97 E320

to my 98 E420. Its a Carlsson Front Bumper, with the side and rear skirts from a 2000 E-Class. The Carlsson front bumper is fine, it was properly designed and all that I know for a fact to fit my car, I should be able to get one for like $800 (unless anyone know cheaper?). But I don't know about the side and rear skirts, I really like that design way more than any body kits I've ever seen. And when you look at it on the side profile it looks perfect because of the weight in the front. And with some H&R Springs that thing is mint.

I'm wondering how I'd get that thing fitted? Are 2000 side and rear skirts going to bolt on to my 98 E420? Also I'm probably gonna be too broke to afford rims, so how do I really super polish the alloys that are on it now? It just seems like a lot of money to me to drop like $2600 for a decent set of rims on a car that looks ok without even that shiny ones. So I'm thinking about making the alloys look really shiny and polished instead. (i live in a crazy winter climate though, in Canada, specifically mississauga [outside of toronto] where they love using a lot of salt to dull and rust your parts).
