'98 E320 - new ignition key issues
 

Hello Mercedes Forum users,

The new ignition key I ordered from Mercedes Canada initially works as expected. But eventually, the car refuses to start - either with the new or the old key. Wait 24 hours, and the car starts with the old key. Try again with the new key (wishful thinking I guess) same issue occurs.

Any suggestions?
