Default '95 E320 Throttle body problems.

I know that it is typical for the 94-95 e320 throttle body to go haywire at around 70-100k. Does anybody know how to rebuild these. There is some company advertises rebuiliding these on ebay for $400. I opened one up and there appears to be a clutch in there which I suspect gets worn out.

Any advise/help is appreciated.

the variable resistor and wiring often cause the problem.
