94 E20 CD Changer Missing / Low$replacement?

hello all,

im a new member to the forum, and a new owner of a 1994 MB E320. With 241,000 miles

Hello to all :)

Quick Question:
- CD changer missing from trunk, I want to avoid costs associated with the OEM Alpine. Will Any Alpine cd changer work? will any non-fiber optic cabled cd changer work?Is there a list of Cd Changer model #'s that are compatible with the plug in my trunk and the OEM radio installed in the car?
