94 E 320 Haunted?
 

I have a whistling noise coming from the lower dash area on passenger side. It is not affected by the radio or the AC. It varies in pitch, sometimes sounds like a pig squealing and does not vary with engine speed or road speed, but it never goes away until I shut the car off. It drives my wife crazy and she in turn is driving me crazy about it. It is possible the car is haunted, as in past I've had a number of unexplained events with this car, which I love, BTW. Perhaps an exorcism is in order.
