I have 109000km on this car. It is used sparingly but I recently had it out for a spin (150km trip) and I was shocked when it suddenly downshifted to 2nd gear at about 100km. I put it in Neutral and slowed down. When I put it in drive it worked ok for a little while, until I started up a very low slope and it did the same thing. I am confused, and do not know where to stat with such a problem. The tranny has always worked smoothly. Can you refer or comment a suggestion please. The oil level is normal and colr the same as it usually looks.
