300te ENGINE SWAP TO e320

i'D LIKE TO REPLACE MY HIGH MILEAGE 300te MOTOR WITH A '95 e320 MOTOR. aNYONE WITH EXPERIENCE WITH THIS WITH FIT-UP CONCERNS. i BELIEVE THE TRANS INTERFACE IS THE SAME. i CAN'T SEE REBUILDING THE ORIGINAL ENGINE WHEN I CAN GET A LOW MILEAGE USED UNIT FOR LESS MONEY OR CLOSE TO IT. gOING TO A '98 E320 V6 MOTOR WOULD BE EVEN HOTTER, BUT MIGHT NOT BE AS CLEAR CUT A SWAP

If it has the same injection, it will work fine ex.-cis or electronic with air flow meter. The two dont mix.
