300 Turbo Diesel
 
I have a 1984 300 D turbo diesel, it has 5 cylinder. I am the 2nd owner of this vechile , it has 61K miles. My milage is around 19 mpg. This is disappointing, any idea why my milage is so low and how do I increase it?

I have had the car checked out by 2 mechanics and they found nothing.
