2010 E350 NAV GPS COMMAND Problem after Disk update

I purchased the 2 CDs off EBay to update my navigation. Disk 1, no issue. Disk 2 loaded to 80% then an error message came up stating, unable to complete update, see owners manual. Now my navigation and Command does not work. If I try to use navigation it will say to install disk 2. I do that and I get the same message about being unable to complete update, see owners manual. Tried reset for nav and command but no luck. Any suggestions.
i also tried a different set of same CDs with same result.
