2006 E-350 Audio & Nav systems
 

The Audio & Nav systems in my 2006 E-350 have stopped working. The words Mercedes Benz and the symbol come up on the display but nothing else. The dashboard message at first reads Audio...please wait, (or NAV...please wait), and then goes to Audio ----

Any thoughts?

open the fuse box to the left of the dashboard, should be a fuse chart in there and also a small fuse box. if you dont have the fuse chart there are 2 fuses for the sound system there. pretty much just pull fuses and reinstall them. one of them should help give a hard reset on the radio. usually works. pulling the fuses should have no effect on anything else so dont worry. just remember where you pulled them from!!! ive seen people put them back in the wrong spot and then cant figure why something else inst working.
