2004 E320 4Matic A/C Problem

Hi everyone. Just a quick question. I tried recharging my A/C and after doing it my a/c light starts flashing and then just goes to a steady red light. Did anyone ever had that problem. Let me know if you know anything or what might cause this problem.

usually about 2.1 lbs r134a
