2000 E320 has 108000mi and has developed a starting problem. Seems to happen when hot. Had fuel filter changed recently. Started easily this morning but after running for 30 minutes it would not start until I pump the gas pedal several times? help

will the car die wile driving? is the engine light on? next time it dose not start try to put some water over the crank sensor to cool it down. most of the time the crank sensor is a big problem.

It was the crank shaft sensor. Had it replaced and walla problem solved.
